Circle of Security - Parents and Carers

COSP is an 8 week program. Bookings can be made for face to face delivery for those within 30 minutes of Redbank, or online.

COSP is $60 per person, with travel time and mileage quoted upon request. Price includes all worksheets and a certificate of completion.

Circle of Security Program (COSP) is an evidence based program which enhances parent and carer awareness of attachment and relationship needs. COSP supports parents and carers to provide emotional support for secure attachment, resiliance and enhanced school readiness. 

​

Circle of Security is an 8 week program (1.5 hours a week) which utilises video presentations and 1:1 or group discussions to facilitate reflection and learning. 

​

I have over 15 years experience working with children and families, including in group facilitation, training and mentoring. I completed the COSP facilitator training in 2021 and have delivered the program with a range of parents and caregivers in the community.
